  • Your pass expires one year from the date of purchase.
  • Weather conditions may affect the availability or schedule of some of the attractions.
  • Some attractions can be visited once per day while other only allow for single entry for the entire validity of the pass.
  • On occasion, some museums, attractions and tours are closed due to private functions without prior notice.
  • Multi-day passes must be used on consecutive calendar days and not based on a 24-hour period.
  • Guidebooks will be given at voucher exchange point.
  • Activated passes are non-refundable. Visiting any attraction activates your pass.

  • You must exchange your VELTRA voucher for your Go Chicago All-Inclusive Pass.
  • Most attractions do not charge for children under 3 years old. However, there are some exceptions. If you have a child under 3 years old, please check with the attraction directly in advance. You may be charged at the gate.
  • You must have a printed copy of your VELTRA voucher to present upon check-in. You will not be able to participate in this activity if you only have a digital copy on your mobile device.
